I wanted to share this chart with you. It is from Moveon.org, so expect some bias. However, It is important to note that in this debt deal, if you can call it that as it does nothing to tackle long term deficit problems, there is a disproportionate burden on the least wealthy. Republicans ensured that there were no changed to the current system of protections for the wealthy ("job-creators"). I want to quickly note that if you believe the "super" Congress is going to tackle the problem, the Republican faction will probably block and let it expire, at which point automatic cuts in domestic spending follow.
